We know you have had bad experiences shipping plants before, but Canada Bonsai is here to change your mind about that!

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

In the very unlikely event that you received a damaged or incorrect item, Canada Bonsai will send you a replacement that is either identical or of equal value if the bonsai is one-of-a-kind (we’ll give you options to choose from!).

In the case of plants, it is assumed that buyers are familiar with bonsai development strategies.  A plant is considered ‘damaged’ if its potential to be developed as a bonsai has been significantly compromised.  For example, broken twig or torn leaf on pre-bonsai material does not qualify as a ‘damaged product’

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

Please take a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging upon receipt.

Please contact us by email at info@canadabonsai.com with your order number and description of the issue.

TIME WINDOW

You can report an issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In the case of plants, it is assumed that buyers are familiar with the care requirements of each species prior to purchase.  Educational Recommendations are available in the Resources section of the website, and Canada Bonsai can always be reached by email at info@canadabonsai.com.

RETURN SHIPPING

Canada Bonsai will not ask you to return items.

REFUNDS

All deposits and purchases are non-refundable.
